Justin Woods is a native of Northeast Louisiana who later migrated to the East Texas area. Woods is a graduate of The Wiley College and posses advanced interpersonal, case management, and time management skills through developing strong professional and perosonal relationships. Justin has worked for the Ouachita Parish Career Solutions in Monroe, Louisiana, serving as the Assistant Youth Program Coordinatior for the Ouachita Parish Project C.H.O.I.C.E. Youth Program.  Justin holds a Master of Science Degree in Higher Edcuation and is currently pursing his Doctoral Degree in Educaton focusing on Organizational Leadership and Development.  

Quinten is an enthusiastic, entergetic, and self-motivated educator with over fifteen years of experience in education. He recieved both Bachelor Degrees from The Grambling State University of Louisiana in Marketing and Management in 2005. Quinten completed his Master's Degree in Adult/ Higher Education from the University of Missouri St. Louis in December of 2010. His entire career has focused on the field of education. Whether it is mentoring at-risk youth or working with adults, Quinten has a passion for helping students succeed and thrive.  He looks forward to working with peer mentors and mentees to inspire and help them reach their goals. 

Melissa Henderson is a Marshall, Texas native. She graduated from Marshall High in 1986 and has 20 years of skilled experience in the business management industry. In 2018, Melissa graduated Cum Laude from Wiley College with her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration concentrating in Organizational Management. Melissa brings knowledgeable leadership experiences centered on generating and delievering technology-driven assistance and solutions through rendering outstanding client services. 

Kiasha is a Marshall, Texas native who graduated from Marshall High School in 2011. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in Business-Marketing in 2015. In March of 2021, Kiasha earned her Master's Degree in Higher Education with a concentration in Student Success and Leadersip. Kiasha is active in the Marshall community through community involvement with her church and the Nu Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Having a passion for God, providing service to other in need, and education.
